To compliment our LOLER inspection services we also provide full proof load testing facilities both in house or on site.
We are able to undertake tensile testing, compression testing, both NDT and full destruction testing, as well as deflection testing on simply supported, cantilever, and uniformly distributed beams in all forms and capacities.
With our fully calibrated load measuring equipment, we are able to provide full and extensive professional reports and certification, weighing of machinery or equipment, or simply hiring for your own requirements.
If newly manufactured items require load testing and calculations, with advise given beforehand, then we have the qualification and technical knowledge to assist.
If you have larger capacity, or bespoke items, that need load testing and certification, then we have the technical engineering capacity to overcome the problem. With access to a large range of heavy lifting equipment and high capacity hydraulic pumps and cylinders, nothing is beyond our scope.
In addition to our own in house facilities, we also have connection to a full calibration service for any of your own equipment, be it tensile, compression or general weighing items.
